– QA-68 (QA-68-ZU81) is a potent bromodomain-containing protein 9 (BRD9) degrader. QA-68 can inhibit cell cycle progression and cell colony formation. QA-68 has antiproliferative activity against acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines[1]. QA-68 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
