– The Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli (Aac) ImmunoStrip® is used to detect the presence of Aac, the causal agent of bacterial fruit blotch, in watermelon, squash, pumpkins, and cantaloupe. The assay can be used to test leaves, fruit, bacterial cultures, and seedlings exhibiting symptoms of Aac. ImmunoStrips® are the perfect screening tool for use in the field, greenhouse, and the lab.
