– CF® dye tyramides can be used for HRP-mediated tyramide signal amplification (TSA). CF® dyes are Biotium’s next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity. Orange fluorescent CF®532 dye has Ex/Em at 527/558 nm.
