Product Description
– BactoSpore™ 488/540 Nucleic Acid Stain is a yellow fluorescent nucleic acid dye that stains live and dead gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. In B. subtilis, the dye stains both vegetative cells and endospores. Ex/Em 488/536 nm (with DNA). 500X dye in DMSO; 100 uL.

Staining of gram-negative or gram-positive bacteria and endospores

DNA/RNA stain for live bacteria and endospores with bright fluorescence for flow or microscopy. Detect in FITC or PE channels.
