Refund, Returns and Cancellations
The following policy applies to all immunomart branded products and products distributed by immunomart on behalf of production partners. For complete terms, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
If the customer wishes to cancel an order they must notify immunomart. There will be no cost to the customer if cancellation is less than 24 hours after order confirmation. If the customer wishes to cancel an order 24 hours after receipt of order confirmation, full amount would be payable by the customer.
Replacement Policy
We are proud of the quality of our products. If the product does not perform as described on the datasheet, we will provide replacement or refund if you notify us within 15 days after receipt of the product. You will need to ship the product back to us, provide us with your detailed protocol, raw and analysed results including images (such as of positive and negative controls) for us to examine. If you do not provide details of your protocol or follow our recommendations, we will not be able to issue a replacement or refund.
Any claim relating to products shall be limited to replacement or refund of original purchase price paid. In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect item, please contact immunomart in the first instance. This policy does not apply to trial sizes, which are not refundable. Please note that shipping, handling and packaging charges are non-refundable.
Returns
Before an order is dispatched, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, they must notify immunomart. Use of Product
All immunomart products are for RESEARCH purposes only, and should not be used for diagnostic or therapeutic uses unless clearly stated on the product manual.
