– This dual-trait ELISA is validated to detect the presence or absence of Bt-Cry2Ab & Bt-Cry3Bb1 proteins expressed in corn products containing events MON 89034 and/or MON 88017, respectively. Corn products containing MON 863 are also expected to be positive for Bt-Cry3Bb1 when using this assay.

No cross-reactivity was detected with the following genetically modified traits/events in available corn seed or purified protein standards:

RR GA21 (mEPSPS), Bt-Cry1F, Bt-Cry1Ab, CP4 EPSPS, NPTII, mBt-Cry3A, Bt-Cry1A.105, Bt-Cry34Ab1, Bt-Cry9C, PAT/bar, Bt-Cry1Ab/1Ac, PAT/pat.
