Product Description
– This ImmunoStrip® test is intended for seed quality purposes to determine the presence or absence of eCry3.1Ab protein in transgenic corn (Event 5307, Agrisure Duracade®).
This test system can be used to test individual corn seed and corn leaf or detect 1 transgenic eCry3.1Ab seed in 100 corn seeds (1.0 %).
The eCry3.1Ab ImmunoStrip® has shown no cross-reaction with other transgenic proteins in corn seed and leaf including GA21 (mEPSPS), Bt11 (Cry1Ab), mCry3A, or MIR162 (Vip3A).
This test system can be used to test individual corn seed and corn leaf or detect 1 transgenic eCry3.1Ab seed in 100 corn seeds (1.0 %).
