ImmunoStrip® for Hosta virus X (HVX)

The Hosta virus X (HVX) ImmunoStrip® is used to detect the presence of HVX in hosta leaves and roots. ImmunoStrips® are the perfect screening tool for use in the field, greenhouse, and the lab.
The ImmunoStrip® test was validated using over 35 different varieties of Hosta. Several HVX isolates were tested including isolates from Dr. Lockhart, credited with discovering HVX, and from several infected plants of commercial production sites.
