– The positive control for Hop latent viroid (HLVd) is a lyophilized positive control derived from synthetic nucleic acids and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our AmplifyRP® XRT for HLVd.
The positive control for HLVd is designed to be non-infectious and to specifically react with the chemistry in the AmplifyRP® XRT for HLVd. This control is not recommended for use in other applications.
