– This kit contains recombinant SUMO Protease and Control Substrate both expressed from E. coli along with 10X Reaction Buffer with or without salt. All kit components are supplied in solution and can be used to cleave SUMO tags from fusion proteins using the SUMO tertiary structure. Unit size 1000 U.
