– The powder form of PBST buffer provides a long shelf life and stability. Prepare buffer solution by mixing the powder with distilled water. PBST buffer is used to wash all Agdia ELISA tests, used as sample extraction buffer in some tests and is also used as the base for many other buffer formulations.
