Product Description
– LysoView™ 550 is an orange fluorescent lysosome stain for live cells, or detection in the Cy®3 channel. The dye has excitation/emission at 542/567 nm under acidic conditions. It is a replacement for LysoView™ 540 dye, with improved photostability. Supplied at 1000X in DMSO, 50 uL.
