– Cyanine 647-dUTP can be used to synthesize labeled DNA probes for in-situ hybridization, microarray or blotting techniques. Far-red fluorescent Cyanine 647 is structurally identical to Cy®5 and has Ex/Em at 650/665 nm). Cy dye is a registered trademark of GE Healthcare.
