Product Description
– This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Cucumber mosaic virus – subgroup II (CMV II) in cucurbit leaves. CMV II is a member of the Cucumovirus genus known for their non-enveloped, spherical virus particles.
This test system is specific for CMV subgroup II (CMV-ToRS). It does not detect CMV subgroup I (CMV-DTL) or other cucumoviruses including Peanut stunt virus and Tomato aspermy virus.
