– Agdia has two positive control options for a ToMV positive control. One option is a lyophilized tissue control, LPC 35400. The other is a lyophilzed synthetic control, CPC 35400.
The tissue positive control for ToMV is a lyophilized positive control derived from naturally infected tissue and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our ToMV ELISA.
The synthetic positive control for ToMV is a synthetically produced material, not derived from plant tissue, designed to specifically react with antibodies used in our ToMV ELISA. This control is not recommended for use in molecular applications.
