Immunomart ships worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Please note: Agdia products are only available for shipping within Canada.

We offer shipping via Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

All shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Receipt of Products

Customers should inspect packaging and products immediately upon receipt. Immunomart should be notified immediately of damage, shortages or defects by e-mail. Property of the products does not pass to the customer until the payment due has been paid for in full.

Prices

All prices quoted on our website are exclusive of taxes, delivery, packing charges, and insurance. Prices of products do not include import duties in countries where these are applicable.
