– Durvalumab (MEDI 4736) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1. It can block the interaction of PD-L1 with PD-1 and CD80, with IC50 values of 0.1 and 0.04 nM, respectively. Durvalumab is often used in combination with platinum-based compounds for the [research relevance to related conditions] and advanced hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
