– BDP R6G carboxylic acid, a borondipyrromethene dye (Excitation: 530 nM; Emission: 548 nM), features a terminal carboxylic acid group that can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators to form a stable amide bond. This allows for further labeling reactions, such as Steglich esterification [1].
