– 1-(2-Aminoethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-ylphosphonic acid-OVA is an antigen-adjuvant conjugate comprising 1-(2-Aminoethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-ylphosphonic acid linked to ovalbumin (OVA). Conjugating the antigen with a protein adjuvant boosts the generation of antigen-specific antibodies in vaccine models. This conjugate maintains protein folding and preserves major epitopes, while also enhancing cross-presentation and the production of antigen-specific T cells.
