– Efpegerglucagon comprises the Fc fragment of human immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4), forming a dimer linked by disulfide bridges. One of the Fc chains is connected to a glucagon-like peptide through a linker (maleimide-polyethylene glycol-aldehyde).
