Product Description
– YKL-04-085 is a potent inhibitor of viral translation. YKL-04-085 has cellular antiviral activity at 35-fold lower concentrations relative to inhibition of host-cell proliferation. YKL-04-085 demonstrated good inhibition of translation of the DENV2(GVD) reporter replicon in cellulo.
