– YTR107 is a radiosensitizer that binds to nucleophosmin 1 (NPM1) and inhibits the formation of its pentamers. By suppressing the recruitment of nucleophosmin to sites of DNA damage and inhibiting the repair of double-strand breaks, YTR107 enhances radiosensitization.
