– YARA peptide is a cell-penetrating peptide that acts as an MK2 inhibitor. In vitro skin culture models demonstrate that nanoparticles loaded with YARA reduce levels of inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α). YARA peptide holds potential for research in atopic dermatitis (AD).
