– TPE-1p, a cascade-activated AIEgen-peptide probe, self-assembles in aqueous solution to produce bright fluorescence upon interaction with alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and ChT-L. It facilitates noninvasive evaluation of ChT-L inhibitor efficiency within cells [1].
