Product Description
– SW116 free base is a selective fluorescent ligand for the sigma-2 receptor (sigma-2 receptor), with a Ki of 14 nM. It exhibits a maximum excitation wavelength of 333 nM and a maximum emission wavelength of 506 nM in methanol. SW116 free base can internalize into MDA-MB-435 cells, reaching 50% of its maximum fluorescence intensity within 24 minutes. This compound serves as a fluorescent probe in cancer research.
