– Sulfo Cy5-tetrazine sodium is a Cy5 derivative dye with properties similar to CY5, featuring fluorescence characteristics (Ex/Em=633/647 nm). It acts as a click chemistry reagent, incorporating a Tetrazine group that can engage in an inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder reaction (iEDDA) with molecules containing a TCO group.
