Product Description
– Sulfo-Cy3 amine, a dye derivative of Cyanine 3 (Cy3) with an amine group, features enhanced water solubility due to the sulfonate ion, making it ideal for aqueous solutions. Cy3 is a fluorescent dye emitting in the green to orange spectrum. The amine group can form covalent bonds with carboxyl groups, allowing Sulfo-Cy3 amine to bind to biological molecules like proteins and antibodies for tracking their location and dynamic changes in biological samples.
