Product Description
– Sigmoidin B is a prenylated flavanone and a selective inhibitor of 5-lipoxygenase (5-lipoxygenase). It effectively scavenges DPPH free radicals and exhibits antigenotoxic activity by inhibiting aflatoxin B1-induced genotoxicity, with an IC50 of 18.7 μg/mL. Additionally, Sigmoidin B possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
