– RJPXD33 is an inhibitor of LpxD and LpxA, with IC50 values of 3.5 μM and 19 μM, respectively. Additionally, RJPXD33 can inhibit LpxD and LpxA in E. coli, with Kd values of 6 μM and 20 μM.
