Product Description
– (rac)-Poriol (5,7,4′-Trihydroxy-6-methylflavanone) demonstrates antioxidant properties by effectively scavenging the free radical DPPH, with an IC50 value of 0.18 µg/mL. It can significantly inhibit LPS-induced NO production in RAW264.7 cells, achieving a 98.35% inhibition rate at a concentration of 10 μM, indicating its anti-inflammatory potential. Furthermore, (rac)-Poriol shows strong binding affinity with iNOS, COX-1, COX-2, TNF-α, and IL-1β.
