Product Description
– Perfluorododecanoic acid (PFDoA) is a perfluoroalkyl substance (PFAS) identified in lake trout. It decreases the viability of PC12 cells and increases levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malondialdehyde (MDA), while reducing the mitochondrial membrane potential in these cells.
