– Netropsin is a basic polypeptide isolated from Streptomyces netropsis with antibiotic and antiviral activity. It is strong, specific binding to A-T areas of DNA is useful to genetics research. Netropsin is active against Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria.
