– Janelia Fluor 585, Haloalkane, is an orange cell-permeable fluorogenic fluorescent dye featuring a chloroalkane handle. This compound exhibits a high level of fluorogenicity. It has excitation and emission maxima (λ) at 585 nm and 609 nm, respectively, with a quantum yield of 0.78.
