– EtS-DMAB (HClO-green), a selective fluorescent probe, enables the detection of hypochlorous acid (HOCl) with excitation and emission wavelengths of 440 nm (λex) and 610 nm (λem), respectively. This compound is utilized for imaging both exogenous and endogenous HOCl in live cells [1].
