Product Description
– BODIPY FL Hydrazide is a green-fluorescent dye that reacts with aldehyde or ketone groups on polysaccharides and glycoproteins to form a reversible Schiff base, which can be stabilized through reduction with agents such as sodium borohydride or sodium cyanoborohydride. Its excitation and emission wavelengths are λ ex =495 nm and λ em =516 nm, respectively. [1] [2]
