– BODIPY FL alkyne (BOD FL alkyne) is a green-fluorescent dye with an excitation maximum at 503 nm and an emission peak at 512 nm, exhibiting bright and photostable fluorescence within the fluorescein (FAM) channel. The fluorophore readily undergoes conjugation with various azide-containing molecules through copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry.
