Product Description
– BIHC is a Her2-CD3 bispecific antibody, constructed from an anti-Her2 single-domain antibody and an anti-CD3 single-chain variable fragment (Fv) in an IgG-like format. BIHC demonstrates effective in vivo antitumor activity, specifically binding to Her2-expressing tumor cells and efficiently killing Her2-positive cancer cells by recruiting T cells, thus serving as a research tool for Her2-positive cancers.
