– Alexa Fluor 430 NHS ester is a compound used to conjugate the green fluorescent dye Alexa Fluor 430 with proteins or antibodies. Alexa Fluor 430 provides stable signal generation in imaging and flow cytometry. The NHS ester is suitable for labeling proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other primary amine-containing molecules (R-NH2).
