Product Description
– 8-Azido-cAMP, a fluorescent analog of cAMP, serves as a prototype for cAMP detection [1]. This click chemistry reagent features an azide group, enabling it to participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkyne-bearing molecules. It is also competent for strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
