– MRS8209 is an antagonist of the serotonin receptor (serotonin receptor), with a Ki value of 4.27 nM specifically for 5-HT2BR. It provides protective effects on pulmonary airway opening pressure (PAO) and is applicable in pulmonary fibrosis studies.
