– Boc-Ile-Glu-Gly-Arg-AMC (IEGR-AMC) is a specific, highly fluorogenic substrate for clotting enzyme factor Xa (coagulation factor Xa) and is also hydrolyzed by acrosin from the ascidian Halocynthia roretzi.
