– Vem-L-Cy5 (compound 3), a Vemurafenib-based BRAF inhibitor conjugated with the near-infrared (NIR) fluorophore cyanine-5 (Cy5), selectively targets the BRAF V600E mutation and inhibits MEK phosphorylation.
