– Sisunatovir hydrochloride (RV521 HCl) is an orally available inhibitor of the RSV-F protein that has exhibited potent efficacy against a panel of clinical isolates of RSV-A and RSV-B viruses in vitro (IC50 = 1.4 nM for RSV-A, IC50 = 1.0 nM for RSV-B).
