Products Details
Product Description
– (S)-Rasagiline (TVP1022) is the relatively inactive S-enantiomer form of Rasagiline. Rasagiline is a highly potent selective irreversible MAO inhibitor with IC50s of 4.43?nM and 412?nM for rat brain MAO B and A activity, respectively[1]. (S)-Rasagiline is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
