– (S)-Hydroxychloroquine ((S)-HCQ) is the enantiomer of Hydroxychloroquine[1]. Hydroxychloroquine, a synthetic antimalarial agent, inhibits Toll-like receptor 7/9 (TLR7/9) signaling, and shows efficiently inhibits SARS-CoV-2 infection in vitro[2][3][4].
