– Cy5-PEG7-endo-BCN is a Cyanine 5 (Cy5) dye derivative comprising seven polyethylene glycol (PEG) units and the lipophilic bidentate macrocyclic ligand endo-BCN. The compound readily participates in click chemistry reactions with azide-bearing molecules to yield stable triazoles without requiring a catalyst, thus facilitating the synthesis of macrocyclic complexes.
