– Cy5-PEG3-endo-BCN, a Cyanine 5 (Cy5) dye derivative, comprises three polyethylene glycol (PEG) units and the lyophilic bidentate macrocyclic ligand endo-BCN. The endo-BCN moiety facilitates the synthesis of macrocyclic complexes and enables catalyst-free click chemistry reactions with azide-bearing molecules to yield stable triazoles.
