CXM102 enhances the nuclear translocation of transcription factor EB (TFEB) and the formation of osteoblasts. In middle-aged male mice, it stimulates bone anabolic metabolism, reduces marrow adipocytes, delays bone loss, lowers serum inflammation levels, reduces organ fibrosis, and extends lifespan.
