Product Description
– BIMAX2 is a high-affinity peptide for nuclear localization signals (NLS). It mimics the activity of classical nuclear localization signals (cNLS) by competitively binding to importin α, thereby inhibiting the interaction between cNLS-cargo proteins and importin α. BIMAX2 is utilized in studies to investigate the role of RBBP4 in regulating nuclear import efficiency and cellular senescence.
