– Bac8c is an antimicrobial peptide exhibiting potent activity against both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of Bac8c for S. aureus, MRSA, S. epidermidis, E. coli, and P. aeruginosa are 2, 8, 4, 4, and 4 μg/mL, respectively.
